Score one for Vermont

I noticed this article in the headlines on yahoo today, which names Burlington Vermont the healthiest city in America. I found it interesting how the article said that vermont has "the largest proportion of people — 92 percent — who say they are in good or great health." I didn't realize that health was based completely on whether or not you say that you have good health. I know plenty of fat people who think they don't have a problem, so i don't know if this is really a reliable source, but either way Burlington is either the most healthy, or just the most dishonest city in America, so congrats.
